The example is perfectly adequate, I was merely trying to hint that you were wrong in combining service and product providers in one thought. In case of service providers money is returned without the customer's having to return the product. In case that's unclear: you can walk out of a show or an entertainment and demand your money back. Most entertainments will have rules on how late you can do it (e. g. "not at the end of the show"), which makes perfect sense, since, if you hated it all that much, you shouldn't have stayed, but these rules do not invalidate my argument - the return will occur.
