I like the books by Armin A. Brott. But I suppose it is hard to write a good book on the subject: the things you read go into the intellectual side of your mind, and once IT starts pooping and yelling, you are disconnected from that. And traditionally, books weren't needed at all - you got all your basic knowledge by observing your relatives, and there were grandparents nearby.
Actually, there may be some chapters on that in the traditional religious books - like Upanishads, or Koran, but I am just guessing, I have not read them. :-)
